My name is Yara Haddad. I am a licensed dietitian, a powerlifting world champion (IPF 2024) and a former gymnastics national champion with a lifelong passion for health and athletic excellence. With years of experience mastering the art of fueling my body for peak performance, I combine my scientific expertise in nutrition with the discipline of sports. From sticking landings on the balance beam to sticking PBs on the lifting platform, I do know the importance of tailored nutrition and training strategies. Now, I’m on a mission to empower others to achieve their best shape, stay fueled, prove that performance nutrition doesn’t have to mean choking down plain chicken breast every single day and share the knowledge and insights that helped me reach the top.
My approach goes beyond meal planning– Unlike others and because I’ve been through it, I highly understand the demands of training and the unique needs of athletes. I take the time to get to know you, your sport and your specific challenges to be able to create strategies that are practical for you, sustainable and of course rooted in the latest research. On another hand, educating and empowering you to make informed decisions that will enhance your training and recovery is a huge part of my approach.
